    Vår direktør, Siri, ble invitert av Nordland fylkeskommune til å holde et innlegg på Fylkeskommunale Eldreråd om tilgjengelighet i Arktis. Diskusjonen fokuserte spesielt på “Seniortråkk“ som en metode for å samle innspill og få innsikt i hvordan byen oppleves av eldre om vinteren. Les mer.

  • Kunstig intelligens i bydesign og planlegging

    Margie, vår urban designer, fikk muligheten til å presentere for Tromsø kommune med innsikt i KI sin transformative rolle i byplanleggingsprosesser. Hun holdt også en kortversjon av presentasjonen på Nordnorsk design- og arkitektursenters årsmøte, og ga inspirasjon til et stort publikum av arkitekter, designere og planleggere. Les mer.

Ageing in the Arctic

How can we make sure that everyone can age with joy and dignity - also during demanding winter months?

We explored how seniors cope with the harsh winters in Northern Norway. We found many feel isolated, leading to poor health outcomes and increasing costs for the individual, families, municipalities and the national health system.

Oslo Science City

What is a “testbed” in Norwegian?

How can Oslo Science City - Norway’s larges innovation district - become a testbed where cutting-edge research is applied and tested in the physical space?

We developed a Norwegian definition of testbeds, and a roadmap for how to develop Oslo Science City into a world-class testbed. Having a unified concept across actors is a prerequisite to facilitate an innovation district.

Our team is truly multidisciplinary.

We combine tools and methods from economic development, design, health, planning and architecture to achieve better projects, places and services.
