Challenges
To meet the demands of successful project management, we have identified key challenges that need to be addressed:
Structured and effective project management: Project management should foster a collaborative environment for all stakeholders, ensuring alignment on shared goals. The framework must be stable yet adaptable to accommodate changes as they arise.
An organized and engaging project leader: A proactive project leader is essential for daily oversight, ensuring momentum and coordination across working groups and various activities. This leader will maintain progress and keep all relevant stakeholders actively involved.
Knowledgeable team: The team must have strong expertise in the New Space sector and Nordland’s value chain to effectively guide development efforts. Additionally, a deep understanding of sustainable economic growth in the regional context is essential.
-
Fabric+ will implement an agile work methodology, emphasizing flexibility in resource allocation and the ability to reorganize resources and priorities as the project evolves.
In conjunction, we will utilize the "Theory of Change" model to align tasks with each project goal. This methodology works backward from desired outcomes to identify necessary steps and their optimal sequence for maximum impact, enhancing clarity on resource needs, improving prioritization, and enabling tracking of progress, benefits, and ownership.
