Fabric+ collaborates with Yasna Mimbela in the fields of migration, inclusion, and recruitment. Yasna holds a Master's in Migration Management from the University of Neuchâtel in Switzerland, and a bachelor's degree in International Relations from the University of Geneva. Over the past 10 years, she has worked at the European Competence Centre for Migration Research, the United Nations, national authorities, and Swiss authorities - primarily focusing on shaping effective migration and integration measures and systems. Currently, she resides in Mo i Rana, where she founded Besity AS, offering digital solutions and consultancy that support businesses and local/regional authorities in developing and implementing diversity and integration strategies.

Besity - Beyond Diversity - is also a platform and app that supports municipalities, regions, and businesses in strategically working to ensure that new residents stay longer. The platform facilitates dialogue between residents and the municipality or employer, aiming to enhance understanding of their needs and foster community and inclusion in society and/or the workplace.

She also works as the project manager for "Welcome to Mo i Rana," a project aimed at facilitating international workers, encompassing a wide range of activities, initiatives, and collaborations.
