Commissioned by Oslo Science City, Fabric+ has led the professional work on Phase 1, exploring what the concept of a "testing ground" entails, with an ultimate goal of developing a roadmap for how this can be achieved in practice.

Testing Ground
A testing ground is defined as a physical or virtual environment where business, research, the public sector, and other actors can collaborate to develop, test, and implement new solutions. The methodology can make it easier to bring actors together to develop and test innovative solutions more quickly.
