Age-friendly urban, place, and service development
We are one of Norway's leading professional and practice environments in age-friendliness. Through more than 15 projects in our flagship program Ageing in the Arctic, we translate insight from older adults into concrete solutions — from age-friendly winter routes and fall-risk mapping to new housing forms and low-threshold services that strengthen health and neighborliness.

Strategic advisory, place analysis, and spatial planning
We help those who want to develop their places understand their own strengths and resources — and find their direction. We work in a research-based way, and are especially skilled at bringing stakeholders together around a shared direction. We can also translate that knowledge into spatial plans, strategies, and policies that actually carry it forward.

Service- and system-oriented design
We design services together with the people who will use and operate them — from insight to solution. We work just as readily with simple measures as with complex systemic changes across sectors. We have particular experience designing health and care services and services related to housing and living arrangements, but we can design services and systems in both the public and private sectors.

Process facilitation and participation
We lead processes that surface real needs, build ownership, and produce insight that creates value both for the client and for those who participate. We are often brought in to create shared understanding and progress on demanding challenges with unclear lines of responsibility. Our tools make it easier to clarify responsibility and find good solutions.
